What to expect concretely
when starting a coaching process

Every coaching process begins with a discovery...

A discovery of what coaching is: an art of the present and the future, centered around concrete actions to achieve a goal.

A discovery of what coaching is not: therapy, advice, or training.

A discovery of the other person, the relationship that is established, the expectations, and the responsibilities.

The discovery doesn't end after the first session...

Once the coaching contract is established, we will together discover the emergence of a specific goal to achieve. This goal will be at the heart of the coaching process.

We will determine the number of sessions needed to achieve the goal, and while remaining flexible, we will schedule our sessions over several weeks with an optimal gap to allow you time for reflection and implementation of the actions we will explore together.

Throughout the sessions...

You will embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploring your values, beliefs, needs, limits, strengths, catalysts, and more.

Through questioning and various personal development tools, we will delve into your user manual and your representation of the world, enabling you to build your own personal toolbox to face the challenges you want to overcome.

It is through awareness and the mobilization of internal and external resources that coaching gains its full power. By relying on a concrete action plan, you can chart your own path and progress towards your goal.

At the end of the coaching process, there is yet another discovery.

The discovery of your talents, resources, autonomy, and resilience.

The discovery of the forthcoming satisfaction in meeting your ambitions and realizing your full potential.

One does not emerge unscathed from coaching: one emerges grown with a reinforced ability to achieve its full potential to face the challenges of today and tomorrow.
